The faucet arrived on schedule, and is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. Installation is straightforward, and the unit simply feels solid.
Item didn't show up and tracking number no good. Emailed customer service and a few days later they said that another carrier picked up the shipment and they duplicated the shipment - took another week. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. If I was customer service - I would have shipped the duplicate shipment 2nd Day at my expense - free shipping.
We had ordered two different valves for our water filter. Told them we were leaving May 1/16. It took almost two weeks and they sent four of the same valve. Had to phone numerous times to get an answer. We are leaving tomorrow and the other two valves have not arrived. So no water filter system will be working. Since the product is so small I'm sure they could of overnighted it.
You should state on the item sold if there islead time on your products. I had to wait more than 9 weeks for this to ship.
The product was the exactly same model as on other sites, but less expensive, fair delivery charge, arrived 1 day earlier than expected. I go through a pump about every 18 to 24 months (pump runs about 12-14 hours/day 7 days a week@ 40 psi cutoff) and was tired of paying 2.5x the price on the Premier Watts website. So when the pump dies, I'll be back to get the less expensive pump.
Side Note: The only thing was the cushioning inside the packaging was a 6 out of 10, the pump (heavy item) was allowed to move too much and broke through the outer packaging, if it was handled any rougher the pump may have broken through the box.
They shipped the wrong part and made it difficult to contact anyone at the facility. The order is still not settled by refund or the correct part.
Best prices around. Every time I order, the delivery is prompt and complete. They even remind me with an email when it's getting close to reorder time for filters.
Probably should've gone with the reverse osmosis after learning more about them
This item was just as expected in quality and exactly what I was looking for.
Ordered a faucet in brushed nickel, but the one sent was polished chrome. Took two e-mails, a message sent through the website "contact us" page, and, finally, a message to their Facebook page, to get someone to answer me back. When they did respond, they did fine, provided a prepaid return label and sent out the replacement faucet at once. I hope the lapse in response was an aberration, because they have a good product line at good prices. Haven't yet received the replacement (only been a day or two) but I expect it to be fine.
Bought maintenance parts - fliters & UV light bulb. Parts arrived promptly, and price was good. Thanks

Took over 3 weeks to receive my items. I received an email the day after placing my order saying the products are on back order and would take 2-4 days before they would be shipped. No communication from company, long wait times on phone, only reply from company was that they didn't have them yet.
Had to buy adapters for the end of one filter. Screw to pop in.
We have well water at the camp site. The filters take a lot of hardness out but most of all, the smell.
I provided Freshwater with my invoice from last year and it was promptly and corrected refilled. All filters fit well. Could not have been happier!
First they shipped just the nut to hold the valve on the panel then they shipped me the valve hfcd******* which is advertise to have a 5/8 id barb and that's not true so i had to order an hfcd******* which has a 5/8" id barb so as you can see i'm not happy
I ordered a part and they sent the wrong one, not even the same type of thing but I get that happens. I called customer service on April 18 and they promised to send out the correct part that day. Nothing. I called April 26 and they had no record that I had called previously. They promised to send it out and confirm the shipping with an email. Nothing. I would order from another supplier but then I might end up with two.
