I was in need of o rings for my Culligan reverse osmosis drinking system. I was able to find them on your site. It was pretty easy to identify that I was ordering the correct item. Your order process was simple, communication with me regarding the order was good, and I received in a reasonable amount of time. I was a satisfied customer.

Was sent wrong part After returning the part received an email stating that the correct part is on back order. Haven't seen any updates on shipment of correct part.
I ordered 3/8 inch filter in error. When I tried to order a 1/4 inch in the same filter I was told that it was not available. If this is the case why do you give customers that option in the first place?
They are not easy to install. I had to pay someone hours of labor to install. The instructions are not true.

I have not used them yet so I don't know how they will work. They came on time and they look right.
I placed the order for a water softener systemand after 2 weeks it still was not shipped. Called and the excuse was "we don't ship, the factory does". When I said I would cancel the order if it was not shipped within 48 hours it finally was shipped. Then, Federal Express lost the shipment and it took 2 weeks for them to find it and deliver it. My credit card was chared the day I place the order which is illegal. Cards should be charged when shipment it enrorute. It took over one month for the softener to arrive in the end.
Very good. All filters I ordered fit perfectly. Only issue I had was the R/O filters looked different from the ones I took out. Overall very satisfied.
