The general technical assistance personnel are well versed in general issues. All Freshwater systems personnel are courteous and attentive to your needs. They provide guidance and solutions to get your water system back in order.
It may require some patience to get to speak to the expert technical associates for more complex issues and they are not always prompt to return calls but they are more knowledgeable than than the plumbers who installed the R/O system.
Fair pricing, customer focus and knowledgeable staff make a solid combination for my business.

Ever since i biught me reverse osmosis and uv systems it's been a pleasre to prder my supplies from FreshWater Systems. Their website is easy to use, shipping is quick, and parts always arrive in perfect condition.
I found the direction of rotation for installation shown on the filter is incorrect. It is opposite of that shown on the mounting in the refrigerator.
Haven't received my filters yet.? Been several weeks since they were ordered
Received a part that was a different size than the website says. Called and complained and he said nothing he can do. I insisted and he lied and said he would send a FedEx label so I could return it. NEVER DID. Stuck with incorrect part and lost the money. Will never order from you again.
For drinking fresh filtered water and for filling my Keurig coffee maker the Freshwater System is the best.
