My order was placed on backorder, was told to expect in a few weeks. Received
Email saying it would take a few more weeks. Did not receive for about an additional 3 months. I understand the company can not control the manufacturer, however maybe there should have been further indicating an updated time of shipment or a reasonable substitute. I don't blame the company except for lack of communication.

Be sure to order the correct items from here. If you make a mistake you are responsible for return shipping and a variable restocking fee of 15+%. Restocking fee is removed if you order something of equal or greater value, but then you need to pay shipping for the new item as well. If you made a mistake and need a lesser priced item, you still pay restocking and shipping both ways.
Additionally this can only be handled online, not over the phone.
Phone took about 15 minutes to get a customer service rep.

Missing pieces, no notice. Later, three filters were finally delivered, but two of them were cracked and leaked. Notified Filterfast twice (with pictures) and have not heard any response.

The installation pictures could have been more exp[licit. My very experienced plumber had a hard time understanding the directions. But the pump is more than I expected, pressure way up from 30 # and very quiet.
The RO faucet was as described and was delivered quickly. There was no problem getting it installed and the brass faucet perfectly matches my sink faucet.
