It took several months to get the product from your company. I had expected it to be more readily available.

The company responded that the order was placed and when I would expect delivery. Delivery was just when I was promised.

The packaging of my UV bulbs was not in the expected tubes with bulbs in bubble rap. Instead they encased the bulbs in a spray type foam. The bulbs were difficult to get out of their encapsulating tomb and required great care to remove. Once removed they could not be put back for storage.

In the future I strongly request that Freshwater systems goes back to using the cardboard tubes with bubble wrap protection.

I order a UV lamp for my water system every year. They make it very painless and easy to order.

I have a 5 stage ro system I purchased and was in need of replacement filters and a uv light. Freshwater systems had all the filters and the light I needed. The prices were great and the shipping was fast.

Found the filters I needed, good prices and fast shipping.

Freshwater Systems was very careful in selecting the two fine filters and the two a little bit courser filters that were the absolute cutest ones in their inventory. So, when you place your next order you might be stuck with really ugly ones.

Ordering was simple, filters were received 6 days later, one was installed and unless I have overestimated things---it works better than the one that came in the refrig to begin with. Great job!

The shopping experience was fine, the product does not work as described and many of the zippers on the bottle holders are not functining properly, after forcing them on a normal 16 oz. Water bottle (description says they fit 16 to 20 oz, bottles!) the zipper opens up at the bottom and does not stay secure. These holders do not fit properly and it is very difficult to get them around the bottle.
