Ordering items was easy. Being sent survey and reviews more than once is inconvenient. Reminded that shopping cart had something left in it might be good for some people, I did not find it necessary.
It was very easy to order the item online, and we receive the order within 72 hours.
Ordering was quick and easy and the filter housing, mount, and filter element arrived promptly. Installation went smoothly with some hoses and fittings from the local Home Depot

I ordered a UV Lamp from FWS which unfortunately arrived completely shattered. It looked like the transport packaging didn't completely surround the inner box.
After a few days of trying to provide photos to illustrate the damaged package I received (e-mails to multiple contacts at FWS were rejected due to the photos being "too large" at a mere 10MB in total), I've now waited over a week with no further word from FWS. I would have expected them to immediately send a replacement or issue a refund and then have them handle dealing with the shipping company for a refund.
Unable to order filters or find any support for getting them. There are lots of other suppliers available and willing to work with and FOR the customer...
From reviewing the website to receiving my order, everything was top of the line.
Discovered the part I ordered (I chose it without any help) was incorrect. ComfortGurus gave me an instant RMA and instructions to return the item. I asked them for the correct part and they called the manufacturer of my furnace to get it. Since I ordered that correct replacement part from them they waived the 15% re-stocking fee. I had to pay the return shipping but, then, I'm the guy that picked the wrong part in first place. My new part is being shipped from the manufacturer and ComfortGurus is keeping me posted on status. Very satisfied with the service. They answer their phone and they actually care about your need. Nice to find in this otherwise very detached and impersonal world.

Delivery to UPS store was good & fast with tracking.
Only down side was I was promised free shipping within the US but got charged $8 I think.
Product came without installation instruction, though listed on the packing list.
