I needed a UV filter for an ice maker line and the only place I found one that seemed perfect for the job was here. I give 4 stars because I was very satisfied with price and product. I don't give 5 stars because the product was backordered and delivery delayed 3 times taking more than 6 weeks to deliver. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. The product came with absolutely no installation instruction, nor were there any on the web site, other than a couple points printed on the nameplate. Luckily, again, I found a very helpful and knowledgeable lady in plumbing at the local big box (surprisingly enough) and was able to get the fittings I needed. After that, hook-up was a breeze but lack of instruction and definition / guidance of installation hardware leads me to believe this site is more focused on the professional than it is the do-it-yourself-er. An email question I submitted on Friday morning asking for a response ASAP was answered on Monday (after I had completed the installation).
Ordering from fresh Water Systems was very easy, not complicated at all.
We will keep on using them in the future for our filter needs.
Order was very easy. As a engineer, I did find that the some technical details were lacking while reviewing alternative cartridges. Ie: micron size removal.
My UV bulb and quartz sleeve arrived faster than I expected. They appear to be working fine, but I have not had my water tested to confirm.
We ordered 3 filters from Freshwater Systems and they arrived on time as promised.
Failed to include bracket for water filter head assembly - so could not install until bracket arrived. Had the entire order on a 2 day ship because I needed to fit it ASAP. They eventually shipped the bracket for free (I had to chase them for 2 days to get this done though) but would not refund my 2 day shipment cost. My point was that without the bracket, I was unable to install the filter. And by the time I rcvd the bracket I would have it in the same time as if I ordered it on their regular shipment for free. Basically customer service sucked.
Kind of disapointed did not get the rezults i expeted with alkaline filter 7. To 10. I get 6.6 sorry!
I ordered water filters and they got here fast, no problems.
Best customer service, a filter was on back order, they call and let me know and offered a different filter if I did not want to wait. I was very impressed getting that phone call and think very highly of this company
When installed first time there are some kind of white particles in the glass. Not sure what this is, maybe because it is new filter and needs washed for a while!
On calling Fresh Water Systems to find the replacement for a certain filter was given the name and order # 's for the replacement filters. Thank You
I got the AquaCera Twin HCP Countertop Drinking Water Filter System and I am very pleased with it. The water pressure is great and you could definitely taste the difference in the water. Delivery was also on time, the product was in a reliable and sturdy box and I was delighted to find the package at my doorstep.
I ordered 2-way water solenoid valves and they didn't send the ones pictured, instead they sent my cheap valves worth 1/4 of what I paid.
I found this out a few years back. Why drive around just to hear out of stock, can order you a replacement UV Lamp and sorry that is an old type of lamp we don't carry them anymore.

It should not be hard to have different billing and delivery addresses, but the
System could handle that it until it did, for no clear reason. Someone from FS responded to mi inquiry, saying it might be a problem with older IE but I have not used that for years. I was on a iMac, using Chrome 48. 0. 2564. 97. I did get the delivery as ordered, and quickly, so in the end it was OK.
Needed help last year, called them and they were great!
