Item was exactly what I was looking for. Received email confirming order, then another when shipped. Arrived well packed and fit exactly where my previous faucet was. REALLY AFFORDABLE.

This company charges your credit card... even when the stock is not available for 3 months! They need to send and charge at the same time! Not right. Easy, on the order form state BACKORDERED. Simple. That is what most companies do.
Purchased a r/o storage tank that is having some problems. The FreshwaterSystems staff is working on it and assures me all will be well. Depending on the outcome this will move to 5 stars or 1 star.

I recently ordered whole house water filters from Freshwater Systems and was very pleased with the rapid response and price. When they arrived, I found that they were the exact model and manufacturer of one I had previously purchased locally for more than twice the price. I WILL return to Freshwater Systems for future replacements.
Ordered a water filter for my RV and received the wrong filter. After contacting Fresh water I was told to send a photo of the incorrect filter and I would be sent a return label via email. I did as instructed on the day I received the incorrect part and four days yes 4 days later I received the return email. I spoke with several people trying to speed up the process and was told the returns department was out, on the phone or sick. If Freshwater had been efficient I could have received the correct filter before leaving on a 3 week trip. POOR service
Wrong pre and post filters sent to me. Did not even spell my last name correctly!
How do I send back the pre and post filters and will you pay for the return postage due to your error?
I was not completely confident in choosing which specific model numbers I was looking for on my replacement filters. I was able to call and speak with someone who was extremely knowledgeable about the type of system I had and was able to tell me exactly where I needed to go on their website to find what I needed. Checkout was easy and it is backed by Google. The ground shipping even arrived one day sooner than expected. I will be returning!
In 2006 we remodeled our kitchen and one of the MUST HAVE items was a hot water dispenser. We picked the Quick&Hot unit and I am so glad we did. For over 9 years it worked without any problems. We were told that the life span was 5-6 years. WRONG. In January of this year we had to replace the unit and of course we purchased another Quick&Hot unit. We ordered it on line from Freshwater Systems. They kept us posted of the process and as promised we received the unit over 2 weeks ago. We are now good to go for another 9 years. I placed my annual order for a filter. I was informed (with apology) that the item was back-ordered. A few days later I was told that the item was no longer available, but that an equivalent was... again with an apology. I ordered the equivalent filter, which was delivered promptly. My five stars are based on customer service (polite, prompt, accurate). I will continue ordering from FreshwaterSystems.
Ordering was simple and delivery was fast, prices were good!
After an hour on the phone the Rep. Still did not know what I was talking about. They sent the wrong product, and I sent it back. As of yet I have not received my refund.
I ordered the wrong parts. I find no return procedures on your website, so clicked the Contact Us link... explained my error and desire to return parts. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.
I made the mistake of ordering the correct parts, and giving you more business. My mistake.
In addition to this review, I will be filing a complaint with Google also.

I ordered this products with high hopes for success on both toilets. Unfortunately, product had no effect at all.
Bought an annual package. Two of the blue filters were not sealed up with shrink wraps like the red and purple ones. Couldn't tell if they were new. Also the manufacturing date on the blue ones were 2 years old. Will not do business again.
