Another purchase, same great service

Ordered another UV lamp bulb for a client. As usual, good price & super fast shipping. Ordered on Saturday, and was shipped out that afternoon.
Only downside is no UPS option for shipping... just Fed Ex & USPS. Had problems with FedEx before, so selected USPS... usually recv packages from FreshwaterSystems within 2 days, but this time the postal service lost my package. Finally tracked it down, but took a week... luckily my customer was patient, but I was not happy with USPS. I'll order again from FWS, but probably use FedEx next time... but not having UPS shipping makes me inclined to consider alternate suppliers. If not for the shipping snafu (not FWS fault), would rate 5 stars.

Easy peazy

Not to toot my own horn, but I had saved a copy of my order request for my water filter parts from my previous order. Therefore, my job re-ordering was far less time consuming. The folks at Freshwater Systems were most courteous and helpful. My order came promptly and all was in order, so to speak.

Replacement filters

I've been using my Amway filtration under counter for about 18yrs. The current filters are no longer available and discontinued. I was very pleased that your filters, although a little smaller, were a perfect solution for my needs. Thank you. I definitely will recommend your products to my friends and family.

Awful

My water guy installed the hot/cold tank and after heating up the grommet at the top leaked and I had to shut the whole thing down. Tried to call the company and they are sending a new grommet, but that was 3 weeks ago! Are you telling me the entire function of the machine rests on one grommet? How can you design something so poorly? Please help as I am waiting for the hot water hose fitting that will not leak…….

I compared the Pentair filters that I purchased from Freshwater Systems to the Culligan ones I had previously purchased elsewhere. There is a noticeable difference in quality at a better price. I am hooked on Freshwater Systems.

Very little customer support

No directions included. Called customer service regarding problem I had with leading water and then send in pictures of problem as requested. No answer for 48 hours soI called back. CS Rep was friendly and helpful but promised call back "within an hour" by tech service types never happened. Basically, very little support once they you my money.

Started off great but then!

It was great until I got the order and noticed i got one wrong items which is not a problem. So I called and they told me it would take care of this on bed 1st Monday. I didn't hear anything so I called back Wednesday they said it was getting worked on. Got the return label on Thursday but the problem is they won't send me the right item till they get the returned items scanned in the mail. I got it in the mail the same day the 4th and it is the 12th and I still don't have the replacement item that was wrongly shipped to me.
With all that said I can't get my project done now and really a pain for a wrongly shipped item to me.
