Took longer to get here than I thought it would but was what I expected

Everything was delivered as promised and fit as per the specifications.

Have been buying my refills from Freshwater Systems since I had my ROS installed several years ago. Have always received my orders quickly. Very dependable company. Would not buy from anyone else.

Excellent customer service (a very patient customer service rep) when selecting the proper filters. I will definitely buy my filters from FreshwaterSystems in the future.

I was first a seller of Everpure Filters (in 1980) and became a user at that time. I have had these filters in my home since then.
During this time my best supplier has been Freshwater Systems and I will continue to purchase from them.

When turning on the hot and cold lever there is a noise being emitted that didn't happen before the new filter was put in. Can you tell me why this is now happening? I would appreciate your input. Phyllis Stark *******@aol.com

I dealt primarily with Tanesha in Tech. Support. She has an extensive knowledge of RO systems and trouble shooting problems with such. I could not be more satisfied with the service level provided.

I am having problems with order # MO******* which has not delivered as of yet even though the tracking indicates that it arrived on Sat. I have contacted my local post office for resolution.

Placed an order on 1/22/16 - when I received the order on 1/27/16 there was a part missing. I requested a credit for the missing part and asked to be e-mailed as to whether the credit was issued. As of today, I still don't know if credit was issued! No one has gotten back to me. I made 3 calls since 1/27/16.
I guess I will be calling again today!

I found and ordered what I wanted and got it for a good price, much cheaper than buying it at local water treatment stores.

I was in search of a filter to install post water heater. I did most of my research online but had to give them a quick call to determine the screen size I should use. They were professional, courteous and prompt. I would use them again.

It was time to replace the water filter. My assistant called (or wrote?)and ordered.
