Satisfying. Free delivery came several days earlier than expected

I was satisfied after they notified me that there was a back order. However, I think a customer should be told immediately if that's the case. So I would say sooner than later next time.

Was not informed products were on back order until I'd already made the purchase. Very lengthy delay in delivery.

Ordered a new filter for fridge, didn't get notice that item back ordered. For over a week and only after I called. Never once heard from anyone about delay or when we would receive product.

Purchased a $160 water test kit, then because of no shipping label, it Crist another $120 to over night to the lab. I called them before I shipped, and we're puff no help

Ordered water filters for our Motorhome. These were exactly what we needed. And thank you for such prompt service

Have a watts filter. Called to get smaller wrench needed. One shipped was way too big. Apparently there is two sizes of whole house filters. Measurements were not listed in description. Would have to pay shipping and a restocking charge per represenatve. No help in getting me the right size wrench either. Make sure you know what size you are ordering

Ordered a 13 dollar part that I couldn't find in Canada. Shipping to Canada was like 45 or 50 dollars plus the part. So much for free trade I guess?

For a $7.00 item it cost us $80.00 with the price of the freight we thought it was coming by UPS but it was delivered in the mail and not in a very timely mater. Product was what we needed to get our water filter system running again which we are satisfied with
