This was my first experience with FreshwaterSystems. I needed supplies for my RO system. I placed my order, added to it (twice), and each time was impressed with the excellent communication, not only between me and customer service rep., but within the company records. I received my order in a timely manner and was very pleased. Best experience with a company I've had in a long time. Will use again and highly recommend!
Excellent delivery time, excellent prices compared to retail. The genuine GE product filters out more than the "universal" product and I don't want to compromise the quality. Would recommend ordering from this company.

The last company I used didn't ship properly and then did not accept returns from shipping damage. That was not an issue with Freshwater Systems. They will be my go-to for filters from now on.

Delayed delivery because out of stock. That was no problem. The challenge was when the estimated delivery date was given. Servere snow storm so I added 4 days after the roads were passable. I did not receive a new date until I sent an angry note. The person who responded did so promptly and courteously. There should have been a bring up file. The company should have initiated contact with me.
Ordered a filter and got an e-mail explaining it was on back order and would ship by a certain date. That date came and went and hadn't received notification of shipping. Emailed to have it cancelled as I was just going to pick it up in store however that one e-mail they seemed to not receive to respond to unlike the others we had corresponded with back and forth previously... I will just purchase in store or through another site in the future.
Only received 1 of 8 lead test kits that I ordered and paid for, I was told the others are on back order. It has been a month since I ordered them.
Only shipped 1/2 the order, will not respond to inquiries about remaining product, will not refund!
Been waiting 2 months for pleated whole house replacement filters and just got an e-mail that stating unavailable until 3/8/16 which is another month. I may never buy here again..
My Order was a back order but I didn't receive a warning before payment. Two days after my purchase I received an email advising me that my order was a back order and it will take between two weeks and a month to ship it to me. I waited about a month to have it shipped plus three more days to Receive it. I will never use this company again.
I received the correct item but I have never waited for an online order as long as I have for this one.
