In the past when I replaced the filter, there was a video on your web site how to do. The video is no longer there and I did not find a video for my particular filter on the internet. The tech I spoke with could not immediately figure out the problem and I then sent her a photo of the connection site. After several tries and calls, we finally figured this out. Also I had difficulty reaching Freshwater Systems -- "all customer service reps are busy."
The filter was out of stock and it took quite a while for me to receive it. But it finally arrived in good condition
Even though the filters I ordered turned out to be on backorder, my credit card was still charged right away. Secondly, the filters shown online were the blue PUR filters, which is what I wanted. When the order arrived, I received the newer everydrop filters (which I had read a number of negative reviews on). There were no problems with packaging or shipping.
Filters same name brand but lower price than other sources. Order arrived very fast. Will buy from again.

Product was as advertised. Delivery ver y quick, and installation easy.
I received my order in just a few days. The cleaner was just what I needed to get the scale and rust buildup out if my water distiller. I will definitely order again.
We order these parts in bulk (150+) at a time and it lasts us about a year. We install dishwashers ant these are used in our atc process.
The delivery took a lot longer than expected. I kept looking for it email just kept saying in process. I didn't like not knowing when it was coming.
We have gotten our fridge water filters from them for a long time and still get great service.

Once I placed my order I was notified that my filter was on backorder and wouldn't ship for another 3 weeks, it would have been nice if this information was noted somewhere on the website prior to ordering. The shipping window came and passed with no shipping notification or order up date. I had to contact customer service for and up date, and wasn't given much more information than "It should be in soon." My filter finally arrived a month+ after I ordered it. I guess I shouldn't have waited until my old filter was nearly expired to get a new one, you live and learn. This site did have the best price I could find online at the time.
Miscommunication on original order only got me one of four pieces correctly. New parts were sent fast-no complaint there. Several weeks have passed with no refund in sight. Better upgrade your services before my next order.
Freshwater has a good assortment of filters so I can set up my filters as I need. They were shipped and arrived promptly.

This is the 4th year I have gotten river water filters from Freshwater Systems. I have always been very pleased or I would not use them every year!
I bought a water distiller and guess what? I got it and I got it fast! Pretty amazing. Should be as simple as that with other companies but it's not.
