Have not used the filter yet but the delivery of the filer and ordering was very easy to do.

The filters were the most reasonably priced and arrived quickly

I ordered tripple everpure head and 3 filters. I got 3 eso filters but they came with twin head instead

I thought the filter I ordered would be a better fit for my Culligan pitcher. It somewhat works but not as well as the regular culligan filters.

Needed some fittings for a piece of equipment. Manufacturer wanted $12 for one. I got 4 for less than $10.

Shipping was fast too.

Reported a shortage of 10 pieces of my 100 piece order and the 10 pieces were shipped shortly after reporting the problem.

I ordered (3) of these covers and had one with a closure zipper issue. After opening a chat session the item was quickly identified as a defect and promptly sent a replacement. These covers work well and were happy to see great customer service

The pick ticket was right. The faucet was wrong with the wrong part # right on the package. You have to send back the old one back before they will exchange and send you a new one.

Showed up on time. Was quick and thorough. Very nice would use him again.

You can see how well the product works, just paid too much.

Fairly easy to find on website and very easy to complete order process

Had a new water conditioner installed and noticed that the filter looked dirty so had the contractor remove and old filter and sent for a new one. The new filter arrived on time and in perfect condition to be installed.

This is the first time that I ordered something from Freshwater Systems. The order arrived as expected and the filters were exactly as described in the product information. The filters were a little difficult to install on my system but that was a system design flaw, not a problem with Freshwater Systems. I will continue to order filters from Freshwater Systems.
