My new Quick and Hot water dispenser made by Waste King is exactly what I wanted and is finally installed---an instant pleasure to use, as well as instant HOT water! It used to take forever for my kitchen sink water to get hot. Now I use my instant HOT water to rinse off greasy plates, pots, and pizza pans, etc. I really enjoy the HOT water to rinse off many mildly used items that really doesn't need to be put through the dishwasher. Nice for a quick cup of hot tea... I added a water filter specifically recommended with the unit.
When I need boiling water for pasta, it cuts the wait time so the meal can be ready real soon! I also really liked the faucets available with this unit--much nicer than a another popular brand of hot water dispenser.
I have done a lot of research on Freshwater products and their business goals. I am very impressed with the company---I wanted to buy products made in America so this has been a real WIN for me. Thanks for fulfilling something I wanted for a long time...

Having spent 30 years with ATT. The Building Maintenance Position was a new venture. I have built homes, lake cabins, and own rental property.

I went on their website and correctly typed in my RO filtration system model and brand. Their website recommended the replacement tank model. I ordered it and when it came it was wrong. They want me to pay to return it plus a restocking fee. Also, they said I made the error. Terrible customer service! Go somewhere else!
People don't like to be backordered for months on end. Either stock the items or let customer know inventory when he gets ready to purchase. Don't make him pay up front and expect them to wait a month and a half for the item.
Received the filters in one day. When I had a problem, the service technician walked me through the diagnosis and than repair. Perfect.
These filters are just perfect. They have improved water clarity and filtered out rust that was causing the toilets to stain. Thanks
Ordered softener with Freh Water. First they delivered late and softener tank base came off after putting resin into it.
First of all they had the correct filters I have been looking for since December.
The filters showed up on time as promised and they worked just fine. The cost didn't break the bank either. I was very pleased with the whole process and will not hesitate to order again in the future.
At first I had a small problem putting the filter on. I put the old one back and took it out again... Then for a sudden, the new filter worked just fine.

Received wrong order. Told would receive return call tag by email. 5 days later still had not received. Called and told would receive. 2 more days called again and finally got email while on phone but they would not "release" my original order till the return scanned in. Not my fault order was wrong and i went 2 weeks waiting for a water tank i needed plus if i wouldn't have called again doubt i would have it today yet. Product was good service not so much.
Out of stock on my usual filters. Ordered what was offered for a 10" big blue and received 2-10" and 2-20" when I ordered all 10". I am traveling by boat so timing was critical. Customer service person that straighted it out was very good.
