I ordered replacement UV lamps for our Sanitron water purifiers. The item was easy to find on the website and the order arrived quickly.
Dealing with Freshwatersystems was a good experience. Web site was easy to navigate and find my needed well system parts. Not only was the produce delivered quickly but it was also far less costly than the same product I could purchase locally.
Fit like a glove! Keeps water cooler and at the same time helps protect the bottle from minor damage. Zipper was a little too free and would unzip slightly when fit over the kanteen bottle. Minor adjustment to add a little tightness to zipper and now stays up all the way. Very good product! Like a can koozie for your water bottle!
I have lot of minerals in my water and after going thru the hot water coil they precipitate out as little grains of sand. This filter solves this problem and the need to not buy filter after filter that has warnings on them. Thanks freshwaterstems

I had a problem with my RO system that I had purchased from Fresh Water Systems. I spoke with your technician Frank and he was very helpful and interested in resolving my problem. Frank diagnosed the problem with my equipment, identified the parts I needed, I installed the parts and fixed my RO unit.
When I needed assistance looking for an item, it was provided in a curtious and efficient manner. I would order from theses folks again.
Put the system in 3 times. Always a leak. I hooked the system up without installing it in the sink. Found the leak. In the base of the faucet. E-mailed the company. It has been over a week. They said the warranty department had been notified. No word on the faucet at this time. System paid for but not using because of a l peak. I am going to contact credit card company about their warranty about faulty products purchased soon.no
