I was very pleased with the quick service and deliver time.

I ordered 2 replacement filters for my undersink water filter. I recieved one correct one and one incorrect. Now I have to try and return the incorrect one of a two part filter system. Their site information said that it would specifically fit my system. Only one of two filters did. More work than it is worth. Now I will see how easy their return system is.

The 1st day I used my flip cap the hinge broke. I sent the company an email as I felt it should be replaced but I did not receive a responce.

I had a 15+ year old biscuit color Opella faucet. I was so happy when I found this! Customer service was excellent at answering all my questions. So far the faucet is fantastic... Hoping it lasts as long as my previous!

I ordered a nipple kit for a faucet that didn't contain one. It did not have all of the right parts, so the plumber made due with washers that he already had.

Needed filters for a RO Systemi hadened seen before and went to freshwater system site. Found the unit very quickly and ordered them got them fast installed them and all went well. I recomend this site to anyone.

I used to buy their chlorine filter replacement cartridge and stopped using it when I found out that Denver uses chloramine in place of free chlorine. Then after a few years FWS sent me a new chlorine cartridge as they still had my Visa number. I decided to use it anyway because it does filter out some contaminants. I need to cancel my order with them.

We had been using Follett filters but their filters cost so much it hurt to replace them. I am glad I found Freshwater, these filters are will save on cost.
