I bot a filter for my GE fridge, which was marked 'INTL' and didn't work at first, but customer service came to the rescue and now water is flowing like a stream!
Got my order as promised but because of a back order I had to wait several months to get the product. I did get the product as soon as they received it and I am very happy with the it. I think this is a good company... they didn't write off my order and persevered in getting the item to me.
Needed replacement filters for my RO system. Freshwater Systems handled everything efficiently. Great company and great service/products.
Pros'; easy to install and intuitive if you are familiar with plumbing, great tasting water, does not take much space under the counter. (it took me the whole day because I had to remove some adaptors I had from a previous filter.
Cons: lousy instructions, I was better off with intuition (its a simple system), the default water faucet is cheat and ugly, I had to buy a new one (was very nice, but increased price by $30.
Found the part I needed, it came quickly and worked well.
I thought from the advertisement that I was ordering a Rusko filter with these needed dimensions: Length 8 1/8", Filter top diameter 1 5/8" spin down size 1 1/2".
Instead I receive one that has a length of 5 1/4" and top dia. Of 1 1/8". Unusable which I shall be returning unused.
My order came in a timely fashion and filters worked as well as the more expensive name brand ones.
People at conter were polite and helpful. TThe mech. From backroom cam out and tested my existing equipment. NICE FOLKS
My chiller stopped working so I removed it and got it recharged. When I went to hook it back up I was less than pleased with the previous installation (by me). Not to mention the filter had not been replaced in years.
So I made up a list of all the bits and pieces I needed as well as a couple of filters and a couple of days later they arrived at my door -- well done!
Order was emailed after getting a formal quote and received item as promised.
Price was reasonable.

They forgot to ship an item. However a quick chat with a CS rep. And the item was at my door in a few days.
The water cooler I ordered did not say in the description that it was a bottleless water cooler. I thought I was but a water cooler that took bottles. After contacting the company and told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay $85.00 to ship it back I was stuck with it will have to try and sell it myself. I will not be using this company again.
Was able to find the info needed to replace our filters that had been discontinued.
I've used Freshwater systems in the past and was very pleased with their performance. I've ordered many water filters from them. The one time they sent me a filter that didn't fit, they refunded my account immediately upon notification. But that was then (2014). This is now:
Having ordered 3 swiftgreen water filters for my relatively new Samsung fridge, I found none of them fit, despite the boxe's claims to be correct (samsung DA-29-*******B compatible). You could easily see the difference in the nozzles of the filters compared to the one that came with the fridge.
Going to their website, I found any link to 'returns' or 'problems' had been removed. Instead, I had to call them, to discuss the problem. After explaining the situation, they said they would send me an email 'explaining' my options. Didn't get it. Called back a couple days later, got the same spiel, and this time got the email, a rather confusing melange of excuses and explanations why it would take a really long time to see any response to my request for a return RMA. After several back and forths, the customer rep said she'd initiate a warranty claim, referring me to the verbiage on the original email:
"We will initiate the warranty request on your behalf and follow the process all the way through completion. However, since we are not the manufacturer of your product, please allow 5-21 business days from the date the RGA request is submitted to the manufacturer for a resolution and/or update.
One week later, still haven't heard any news as to if or when I can return these useless water filters, which cost me $79.
They have lost me as a customer. While the customer reps might be nice and polite, their policy is utterly horrid.
These are good filters I think but a little on the spender side
Very happy with FreshwaterSystems waterfilter. It presently works as well as an OEM filter at a discount price. Why pay more... and shipping was prompt.
I never received the filter so I can't really rate it. I reached out and asked the company to track it but had no response back.
