I got the product and installed the new filters but then found on the back of the label that my water filters which I have been usuing for years contain cancer causing chemicals!

Fast shipping and very key if there is a problem they deal with it!

Works great, glade I was able to find someone who had it.

Product arrived defective / broken in its original plastic wrap. Seller required pictures before replacing. Still waiting on the replacement 3 weeks after original order.

The cost carrier is to expensive, and never bring a good service.

I still have not received my complete order. The first week i received the ballast only when I called they apologized and sent the rest of the order Usb200EB That part will not work with the ballast that they sent the week earlier Called again they understand the problem and said they would send the right one. Waited all week still no order

There was quite a delay in shipping, but back orders happen so no big deal. I don't like that these lids only fit the jars they come with? And not standard gallon jars. So if a jar breaks, the lid is useless.

The tea jars were just what we looking for, tea jar without the side spout. The items arrived unharmed and are now in use. The only problem we had was the jars went on back order and took a bit longer to be received than originally expected, however, FreshwaterSystems did inform us of the initial delay and let us know when they did finally ship.

The inlet and outlet fittings are an odd size and were very difficult to acquire.

Even though my items were back-ordered for several weeks, I am still highly satisfied with Freshwater Systems. Checking on my order did not seem like an inconvenience to their rep and my order arrived all intact. I ordered 24 glass jars and not one of them were cracked or broken.

Item was back ordered and took over a month to receive. Looks like a good product, though.

Very good customer support, O-ring was backordered and was told when it would ship. Very happy with my O-ring, could not find one in my area that would fit and this one does. I am going to order more right now.
