I ordered a PURA system from FreshwaterSystems. It arrived on schedule, installed easily and works fine. Couldn't ask for better service.
This was my first time ordering with this company. The customers service was so efficient and helpful when it came time to order a water filter replacement. They were fast and took care of my order in no time.
I received my filter a few days later without any problems. Will definitely order again in six months.
The tubing arrived in a timely manner, however, it was crimped. New tubing should not arrived with a crimp in it.
The delivery was slow. I received 2 sets of emails to rate this company before the product came!
The filter I ordered wasn't what I received. I was given a replacement filter without anybody calling me to explain the problem. To me if you don't have what a person orders then you should contact that person to see if a substitute would be okay, and you didn't do this.
We bought a Pura UV20 module replacement. Installed it and it didn't work. Have been getting the runaround from their "warranty" department for more than a week. They don't return calls and their online chat is laughable.
This happened today:
Me: Why am I not hearing from you regarding a return? My order number is: *******. The item, a Pura 20 module did not work. I want to return it and keep getting the runaround from someone named Ryan. Yesterday he said he would send me an email "in five minutes" and I never heard back. Very disappointed.

We are just waiting for a response from the mfg. It should be one day this week.
Me: I don't understand. You sold me a product that was defective and I want my money back. Why is that a problem?

I've been looking for a spout-less jug for several years. These jugs/jars fit the bill perfectly. I would assume it is a highly sought after item because it was on back order for a while. But once I received them, I totally forgot about the wait time.
