Item shipped & delivered quickly. The R. O. system installed with ease - instructions are very well done. Water quality is as-advertised. So far, so good!
Normally I have no problems with this company. However, after placing an order of over $160 recently, nothing indicated they were out of stock. Weeks later, I get a notice that they are out of stock. I emailed customer service and he was rude and patronizing. When I called to talk to a live person, she said, "They went out today. Now they are in stock." Poor customer service. Their reason for not having "out of stock" online was a lie. They said they work with many, many vendors. So what? Keep up with what you have in stock or don't. And don't give me some idiotic answer why I have to find out weeks later my item will take another three weeks to get to me.

Actually I haven't used it, I had a plumber tell me it my low flush toilets that don't work very well and aren't efficient because you have to flush 2-3 times, which doesn't save money. I replaced my bathroom sink drain and all is running well. I have not tried the product on my shower drain, which I will this weekend. Thanks.

Terrible company, classic bait and switch, advertise GE reverse osmosis replacement filters, shipped cheap generic filters. Return restocking fees very high which should be a red flag as to the quality of merchandise being shipped. I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered parts thinking the quantity was in stock, qty was not in stock and so called (prior to shipping) to cancel order. Parts still shipped. Customer service does not respond to requests for return authorization
Ordered filter replacements on 1/31, received email that the items were on backorder and would be shipped between 2/12 - 2/19, but item didn't end up shipping until 2/29.
I had to reach out on 2/29 to get an update regarding my order. Would've been nice to get an update about my order status without my having to reach out.

Ordered an RO air gap faucet and received in about a week, all good. Except it is missing the clip to hold the battery and the battery. I have called twice and all they do is pass the buck. Cannot get an answer as to why or if I will ever see the part I need. How hard can it be to solve this problem? Just another example of ineptitude.
When an order is placed with your company there should be some sort of feed back when the item is back ordered. In addition when delivery time is requested by your cusomtomer there should be an actual date given not just an email consistently staing we are checking or stating check our website. Customer service is not just a empty hadded response.
