Called about a hard to find water filter and was quickly helped. Was also offered a cheaper alternative. I work for the state, so had some requirement that they met. Had my order in about 24 hours without having to pay any extra shipping. Overall great experience. Will use again in future.

Very slow to process returns

I ordered an item based on an inaccurate description of the space required which is actually more than double the vertical distance as stated. The item was received back at Freshwater Systems on March 18 and as of March 31 I have not received a credit from the company.

No concerns with our water

The Freshwater System I had installed has relieved my of any worries I had with our drinking water. Our supply is from a spring that runs year round and close to the ground surface. The system in conjunction with the filters are keeping my water supply safe. I appreciate the ease of mind knowing my water will not make us sick.

Heating element went out on a distiller we've had for about 10 years. The agent who joined me on chat was very helpful in determining the replacement part which would work for my unit even though the part description didn't clearly state that it would. Got the part quickly and it fit perfectly.

I've used FreshwaterSystems RO products for several years. About three years ago I bought a four stage system for my mom, installed it, and she has used it for about three years. All was well until dirt got into the water system while workers were hooking up the water to a neighboring house. The dirt got into her RO system. The storage tank was then full of mud, and all the filters (including the membrane) needed to be changed. Kenneth concurred with everything I suspected. He got me better than expected pricing on a storage tank and a replacement filters kit. I reconnected all parts, sanitized the lines, flushed the system, installed the filters, refilled the system including the storage tank, waited three hours, and drained everything before letting it refill. Mom is so happy to have her RO back! Oh, by the way, mom is just over 90.

Not as expected

As explained to your sales rep my Watts reverse osmosis system required a 1/4 inch line faucet. The one sent to me was 3/8 inch. Even though a reducing union was used as indicated on your product the water pressure coming from the faucet is very low. How can I increase the pressure without having to buy a new faucet. Thanks for you opinion and God bless.
