I tried steady 4 times to fill out your WEB in order to order part. Your site would not take a different shipping address if other than billing address
Overall great product, fine service, great price. With the Multi-Pure filters came instructions as to how long to run the water once it is installed. When I asked I was told a gallon amount rather than an amount of time. I recall there was also a way of doing it so it doesn't drip/run on after it is turned off.
First the customer service was very unprofessional which a manager is taking care af that and the info in the Internet is not clear about the product (mesh)
Customer care did not process my request for a return and when I finally received it (after 2 extra calls), the whole process took almost two weeks before I could even get the needed information. They were consistently unfriendly.

Ordering the filter was easy and the price was much lower than ordering from Frigidaire. But I haven't used the filter yet, it is in reserve to use when the present one needs changing. So, I can't rate the performance of the filter itself yet.
Rarely in today's e-commerce world when there is a problem is the merchant easily accessible by phone, much less readily responsive. Although we had some miscues on our order, not only do their customer service reps actually answer the phone quickly, a rarity theses days, but John Woodard, the customer service manager, once involved, not just straightened everything out quickly but responded like a true gentleman. Would not hesitate to work with again.
Ordered a few different filters, received a case of only one type of filters. When I called in to customer service, had a talk with a nice guy, we agreed that they would send me the correct filters and e-mail me the pick up slip. When the next day the lady in charge of the warehouse e-mailed me the pick slip informed me, that I had to take the box to FedEx at my expensed. When I called t speak with her, I received a voice mail in formed here what I had discussed with the customer service, and left me number for her to call me back. I was very hot after her e-mail to me and I told her that if my correct filters do not ship out, I will keep the case of expensive filter, pull out their systems and replace with another companies filters system and the company can pound sand. She never returned my call, but was very nice in the second e-mail and had the correct filters sent out and FedEx picked up the wrong filters. This is not the first order from this company just this time, had a very bad experience, with poor customer service

I was able to get every filter I needed for my 6 stage water system. The website made it simple to figure out the filters I needed. They even had the gauge to to set the psi on the water tank. Awesome company.

I ordered an RO filtration system from this company. I found it was not compatible with our water system, and the box was never opened. I contacted customer service to return the item, and they slapped me with a large restocking fee and a reimbursement for their "free" shipping. In addition, I have to pay another $35 to ship the item back to this company. This is a total cost of $70 to me for an item I never opened--almost half the cost of the RO system. The customer service representative was rude and inflexible about the exorbitant return fee. I would avoid this company.
I am very satisfied with the product. It's a lot cheaper than calling a plumber.
And, I always get my order on time.
