I have ordered replacement water filters for our under-the-sink drinking water purifier and refrigerators (GE & Samsung) for a number of years. Fresh Water Systems always has the filters I need, either name brand or equivalent, with the best prices and prompt delivery. I have always ordered online from their website and have not had any issues. I recommend them highly.

The title says it all. My order arrived exactly as I specified, it arrived fast - even before the projected arrival date and the piece is now in service working fine.

Would like to have installed my new faucet during my vacation which is now over. Didn't realize there was a back ordered item until days later. That was too late to order elsewhere. I do appreciate that the faucet is made in USA, however, which will encourage future orders.

It took far longer than expected for the item to be delivered (3+ weeks over original estimated delivery date) I probably will use another site the next time I need a filter.
