Worked good, Pretty sure my water is in good shape.
Ordered a water filter for fridge, it took over 3 weeks for the product to arrive. I called a week after the order and was told it was on back-order. That it would be 2 weeks or so before it shipped. No offer of expedited shipping or shipping refund was offered, overall bad experience and will not order from vendor again.
Had to wait for back order. Other than that great emails letting me know status of purchase.

Received notice it was backordered. It then shipped past when they said it would. I waited over a month for a very common unit, I could have bought for a few bucks more at local Sears Hardware.

The UV light filter was shipped on time, arrived in perfect condition and is working according to my expectations.
I have a shark steam mop with a broken steam hose. I searched the Shark website and others on the internet with no luck until I found the Freshwater Systems site. I immediately found what I was looking for with the assistance of the hose material specifications found on the site. Although only needed 1 foot of hose, I had to buy at least 5 feet. This was no problem because the price per foot was very cheep. The hose arrived by mail very quickly, only a couple of days. I installed the hose and the mop now works great and my wife is happy again.

Checked several web sites some had simikar products, but Freshwater Systems was the identical Model and style presently in my RO system. Best Price and made in USA. Free shipping made it the choice for me.

Used this site because the distributor we were using was ridiculously marking up the merchandise. Site is very user friendly. Prices are reasonable and they send just enough notices to advise of purchase, confirmation and delivery.
I purchased a filter. It was easy to buy and pay for. It arrived quickly, as described. I am satisfied.
One or the filters in my order they shipped leaked. I called customer service and informed them a couple times. They told me some would contact me within 3 days. It has been well over a week now and I still have not heard from anyone

Well after contacting sears I eventually got the second filter 5 days later. As far as the product, I'm happy with it. This is a very good filter but some what expensive.
