I was searching for SeaTech fittings for use on a boat (ie, no brass). After dealing with a distributor (not just a store) who had only a fraction of the line, I found Freshwater Systems. WOW -- they had the entire line (including some obscure parts I was looking for), their prices were the best I've seen for this line, and I received my order just two days after I placed it despite being on the opposite side of the country. This was absolutely the ideal buying experience!

The day after I placed the original order which was large enough for me to get

Ordered filters early May 2015---told numerous times, It will be in and shipped soon. This went on till late July. At one point I ask if the new how many times I had received, coming soon notice. I was sent copies of only those in July. Obviously dealing like this with a small customer brings you pleasure. Hopefully you receive what you hand out.
Never had an issue that Fresh Water System did not correct immediately. I will continue to purchase from them and recommend others do the same
My original order was lost in the shuffle of Freshwater changing products, I have been on hold several times for a very long time. I had to call them to find out what happened to my product, they said it was back ordered (really for 3 months) finally I get the product the wrong filters came with it. After the having a professional plumber install it one of the filters came apart so it never created pressure. After taking pictures they wouldn't send me a replacement filter. Bad Company to deal with. I will find another supplier.

The base opening of this filter is slightly too narrow to fit the bottom center support ring of a standard filter housing. Every other filter I've purchased over the last 7 years fits just fine... but not the the two purchased at FreshwaterSystems. Almost fits, but almost doesn't get it. Was a waste of money.

I didn't record the dates but there seemed to be an inordinate amount of time between the placement of the order and receipt of same due to the parts being "on back-order" -- otherwise satisfactory.

I buy new the membrane annually.
We were not notified about 5000 cups being back-ordered, and 15 men painting airplanes in a hot hangar in Texas were very unhappy. We bought an emergency supply at Walmart but the cost and aggravation could have been avoided with a quick email several days earlier when the problem first occurred.
I struggled to fine the system I wanted on the net, I did the live chat, they gave me part # and from there it was easy...
A long wait for delivery, thought I was going to be forced to buy locally before order was delivered. Good point was the tracking system once order was shipped.
