Was looking for replacement water filer and this one fit the bill.
Fits great, quick shipping and good price!
I received my order quickly however, one of the items was defective and I e-mailed them THREE times explaining the problem. I asked for direction on how to remedy the situation and have yet received any correspondence in a month's time. If it takes a trip to Greenville SC to take care of this, I say ROAD TRIP - and they are not going to be happy seeing me! Disappointed and sad that a customer with potential to become a repeat customer, will now look to other options to provide the items I need. Can't stay in business that way -
Very happy with my replacement Hot & Quick under sink water heater. We really missed it after the previous one started to leak after close to ten years of daily multiple uses for coffee and tea. Had trouble with a competitive product lasting even a year.
Shipped the incorrect parts, took almost a month to get the return. The correct part shipped quick but after the month of trying to get the return, we get another random part in. It has been sitting here for 3 weeks now waiting for return info

Great price, quick delivery, just what we needed for replacement filters
I ordered an item. I received an email saying the item is out of stock, and offering to send me a similar item. The item was not similar, and the original item is still available for sale three weeks later. I did not receive replies to my two requests to correct my order, and I have requested resolution through the merchant service.
Order was not process in a timely manner. When shipment was delayed notification to customer wasn't done. I had to call constantly to find out the status of my order and why it had not shipped.
Their prices were competitive, the product shipped quickly and was packaged well.
I bought a low pressure alarm. It didn't work when I took it out of the box. Called company, filled out paperwork, took photos, and submitted paperwork and photos. Still waiting for a refund or replacement. Haven't been contacted by anyone to tell me they got the email, or as to when I can expect my refund/replacement. Time is money, and they have my money and are taking their time...
I ordered whirlpool filters and they didn't fit. So I called to see where to return them and customer service reordered the SGF-W80 filters that fit. I received them quickly. A few days later they e-mailed me with my return info. I packed the whirlpool filters like they said. I have yet to receive my credit on my card?

I have been using this filter for the past 3 years and love the quality of water I have in my home
I like the filter products and the water bottles that I have ordered. Very good quality and my water with ice stay very cold for many hours. I would and will order again.
Ordered 3 items. One was back ordered but they didn't inform me until I called a week later. They couldn't give me a date for the back ordered product. I was informed by email that the order had shipped about a week after I called. When the package arrived, it ONLY had the back ordered item. Called again and they shipped the other 2 items. They arrived quickly, but it shouldn't have taken my hounding them to get my order finally.
Save yourself some time by not going to the big box store to buy water filters.
Also, save yourself some money.
