It was very easy to order from the site but it took 3 days for them to fill my order and send to shipping. In total it will be about 7 days before I receive my order.
The water regulator I received did not function as advertised. I do not believe this was due to a manufacturing defect, rather it is an inferior design. I called a service representative to return the part but was told it could not be returned since water had been run through it. I don't know how I could have verified the functionality of the part in my application without applying water. I am now left with a useless part that will collect dust on the shelf until it is ultimately thrown away. Thanks FreshwaterSystems.
A minor item on the order was on back order. Even after I requested that the item be removed from the order, it still took several days for the shipment to get out the door of the supplier.

I ordered 2 "6 Packs" of filters, instead I received 2 filters. After talking to the company about how this was very bad for us no efforts were taken so I could get my order fast. The correct order arrived 1 week later.

I purchased 2 Neo-Vas 40 Oz. SS bottles and a neo-tote, and the next day ordered 2 SS caps for the bottles as well. My products arrived quickly and when I tried to use the Neo-Tote the zipper immediately fell apart when I first tried to use it. The zipper is obviously terrible quality. I called the company to tell them and was prompted to leave a message and I explained it to them in my message. I never received a call back. I understand it was a very small purchase for their company but my father taught me at his paint store to treat every customer great 'because someone who purchases a couple dollars worth of goods today may purchase a very large order in the future'

I purchased a filter on 8/4/2015. Received it on 8/6/2015. Great! But it did not fit as I learned that they changed the size of the filters last August. So I called and spoke with someone at your company who asked if I had taken the wrapper off before I tried it. I told him NO and he told me to remove to wrapper to see if it would now fit. So I did. But it still did not fit. He said that I could request a return authorization. So I did. Then Timala contacted me via email to ask about why I was returning the filter. I let her know and then found out that I could not return because I removed the wrapper. But I was told by your employee to do so. After I explained that to her she said that would not be a problem I would just get the refund minus the 15% restock fee. Okay, I was good with that. But that was back on 8/7/2015! I still have not received my return authorization. I have emailed her several times and on the 17th she said I would have it within 24 - 48 hours. Well no such luck and now I get this survey. So no I am not a happy customer. I want to return this filter and get my money back!
