I was not 100% sure of the product we were ordering and your sales person named Timala walked me thru the process, and then followed up on the order to be sure we got what we needed. It was obvious to me that good customer service was important to her and I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated her help in completing the order. I recently purchased parts to make a custom large format photographic print washer. The support staff was extremely knowledgable and helped me to pick exactly the parts I needed. Prices were great, and the delivery was fast. I highly recommend FreshWater Systems.

Over all I am very satisfied with Freshwater Systems. My only complaint is when I did my first order for water filters I realized that they had another filter I needed. So I followed the canceling steps on the website and generated a whole new order for the items I needed including the ones from my first order. However, I received both orders and was charged for both. They need to fix there canceling process on the website.

I called your company and a very nice girl said to send them back and your company would send me a prepaid mailing label. I received the correct filters and installed them.
