Product was okay but when I ordered, I paid for upgraded shipping since I needed the item before I went out of town. Once I made the purchase I got a confirmation email stating that the item was on back order. If I knew that before i committed, I would not have purchased, and I would not have wasted money on expedited 2 day shipping.
I was able to find the exact filter for our fridge. The price was half of what we pay at the local store! My husband mentioned it to his parents and they went ahead and were also able to find the exact filter for their fridge for also half the price of what they would've paid at the local store! And, the filters were delivered within 2-3 days! Great service!

Ordered some pex tubing and fittings, and ordered with the purpose of having it by a specific day. FedEx screws things up first, and gets it delayed a day, but still within my needed timeframe. Package arrives, but the tubing is not there. Freshwater would not overnight it to me at their expense (I would have to pay), to fix their mistake. So now, my project is delayed significantly due to the next time I will be able to work on it. In my business, we would not have hesitated to overnight it, to fix our mistake..

Great experience, overall. Rep on phone just terrific. However, the spec on the CHLM-2510 said 0.5 Micron but the label on the item received says 1.0 Micron. Also, the GPM was not shown on your website. I rather expected more than 1 GPM with a 10" filter - but not a problem.
I placed the filter system on my house about 1998, I have purchased my first replacement part in 2015. I have been very satisfied with the system.

I highly recommend FreshwaterSystems.com. Customer service is great and very helpful. When I called, Customer service told me that they were having a sale on the Everpure H-300 Replacement Filter. In order to get the $99.00 sale price I would need to order the filter on line. So I went on line and got it. When the filter arrived I installed it by following the excellent instructions. I am also a repeat customer and will be dealing with FreshwaterSystems.com in the future for all my water filter needs.
