Do your own research and know what you are ordering instead of what their website tells you the items you need. They seem to have poor accuracy on their website. They are very slow to ship as well.

This is the second time I ordered a water pump from Freshwater Systems, and the second time they inadequately packed the pump. The shipping gorillas must have dropped the box containing the pump both times, and the support bracket on the bottom bent causing one of the rubber feet to pop off. It is not possible to return the support bracket to its original, unbent shape, so the pump sits unbalanced.

The pump, both times, was barely packed with any padding. I would rather pay for "shipping and handling" if free shipping means that items from this shop will be inadequately packed.

In the meantime, I may consider getting similar items from another site.

I bought a condo this past spring and found a 14-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator there that was in great condition and decided to keep and use it rather than replacing it as I had the other kitchen appliances of the same age. The unit had been vacant for 3 years, so the water was shut off, and the filter was obviously well past due for replacement. I did a Google search for the model number and found the filters were available via Freshwater Systems. I was so pleased to find these still available and so easy to order. I placed the order and in just a few short days the parts were in hand. I'm really enjoying the filtered chilled water and crushed ice during the heat of the summer! Thanks Freshwater Systems!

I first called on 8/14/15 and spoke to Kel Henderson - one of the best in this line of business, very patient, understanding and customer oriented. Unfortunately, I had to return the product I ordered because it doesn't meet the needs of my well system - not realising that it's my well vs. the water, I ordered the wrong UV system. I was very happy with Kel, who sold me the system, and with Pam who helped me with the return process (by the way still waiting on the REM number), but the 15% re-stocking fee is not necessary, that is just getting paid for something you haven't sold, unnecessary, and off putting. Other than that, the experience has been more than good, your employees more then helpful, would i do it again through your company, questionable, I would look for a company that doesn't take advantage of its customers and charge them extra just because. As I said, my mistake, but I would have ordered the correct UV system, which you carry, but the extra "re-stocking" fee is a deal killer. Excellent customer service, not so happy with the company policies.
