The ordered O-ring did not match the specifications of the replaced part and therefore did not fix the problem. The delivered O-ring measured out at 5-1/8" outside diameter and a thickness of 1/8 " while the original o-ring measure 5-3/8" outside dimension and a thickness of 3/16". Because of this slight difference, when the new o-ring was installed, it cause the water filter to leak worse than the defective original o-ring.

I really like the Neo Totes for my water bottles. They keep my water cold and keeps condensation off of my desk. They are also very easy to clean and come in a variety of colors. The flip top lids allow me to grab a quick drink and are also easy to clean. Everything came very quickly too.

I have used this company in the past and have enjoyed the convenience and service. But this time I was not happy with the packaging. The bulb was intact but wedged precariously inside one half of the styrofoam. It was dirty and appeared to have glue or something similar on it. I hope it lasts for 1 year. Will probably shop else where next time.

-Sent incorrect item and was lied to about it
-They do not keep an original copy of the invoice they email you only an "invoice" of what was shipped
-After they realize there mistake then they decide to offer me a credit me for the inferior product
-They did eventually send me a Return Label but they still dinged me for shipping

Had the filters I needed in stock and the delivery time was quick. A whole lot easier than searching the big box stores and walking away empty handed. I am very satisfied with Freshwater systems and I will be using them again.

Desperately needed s replace fitting for a filter. Gave all of the indie to the customer service rep. She gave me a part number. I ordered. Waited nearly two weeks. Wrong part. Called. Received horrible treatment. Will absolutely never use this company again.
