I was looking for a Omni Filter U25 water filter gasket. From looking at Amazon and other sites it was apparent that many people were not getting the gasket they ordered, and it was difficult even to find out from the Omni Filter which was correct, since many gaskets were cited for each Omni Filter. I was able to sort it out on the Freshwater Systems, received the gaskets in two days.
Never had this kind of experience ordering on line. Paid for item that was evidently no longer manufactured and not in stock. Took great pains to get refunded; all they wanted to do is substitute another item which i did not wish to have. Had to resort to elevating my claim to PayPal and Google Stores to get my monies refunded after two weeks of trying to make it happen at the lowest level. Very, very disappointed in my dealings with this business. Their tactics amounted to nothing more than bait and switch and if that did not work, they just keep your money and hope that you go away. This is nothing more than thievery at best.
My order was processed promptly and I received it in a few days. The box was opened in transit and some of the order was missing. Prompt response from Customer Service (answered promptly) rectified the situation and I received the missing items in 3 days. Really great service and reasonable prices for quality products.
If you talk to Cama in Customer Service, she can tell you why I was completely dissatisfied. It took almost 2 months, 3 phone calls and an email before I received my complete order.
The filters I get are always good and the company has made it easy to get replacements when the time is right for that. I even get reminders sometimes.
The floor of the upper chamber is thin and offers poor support for the filters. Just the force of the water being poured in makes them move and wobble. It doesn't effect filtration but it's pretty flimsy and over time who knows how that will hold up.

I needed help picking out the right pump for my situation. So I called up freshwater systems. Their personnel helped me get the right pump. The pump was tested before it was shipped and everything went great.
The support knew... right away... what was wrong with my system and what to do about it. The phone conversation was pleasant and thorough. The parts arrived the next day. These folks are the best... the vert best!
This company has the parts you'll need. The staff is extremely helpful.
Purchased UV light bulb... good packaging... installed the new bulb in less than two minutes.

It is nice to see customer service that is good, accurate, and a good sense of humor! Caught them at a very busy time but still resolved the issue in reasonable time!
