I have been ordering supplies from Freshwater Systems for several years. The shipping is always quick and correct. The items are good quality. The order process is almost automatic. These are some of the reasons I keep ordering from them year after year. They just make it easy. Thanks! They've also been good to answer questions.
Minor out-of-stock item held up larger order; not advised of back order status & order sat for over a month & had to make repeated inquiries; promised back order item would be shipped free of charge but then I was charged & had to inquire again to request credit; representative had to get permission to seemingly do everything; company insisted on using FedEx for an item that would ship via USPS for less than $1; when gave company post office box address, I was called and told that FedEx needed a physical address... so provided address & then it was delivered to my post office box! Too many no-brainer issues with this company and would not recommend nor will I do business with them again despite their best price on products. I feel company is a "ship ripper."
I bought filters for my rainsoft for years from FreshwaterSystems. Best part is not dealing with rainsoft calling constantly to service my system.
Ordered on the 14th and had to call on the 18th to see what was happening with my order. Evidently there was a credit card issue but I do not know what. Finally shipped after I called.
My recent order arrived on time as the many orders before. Dependability is a great asset for this company. The merchandise is always superb quality.

You changed the size of the cb3 filter it does not fit my cbf3 housing any longer. The plastic base is thicker and won't go all the way into the filter housing. WHY?
It took them 3 months to get my complete order delivered and it was only 3 filters that they had in stock I think a spoke to everyone their about my order will never use them

Plenty of days to ship. Kept telling me would ship the next day. After 5 days canceled order. Normally very prompt, in the future would like a definite day.
You sent me a male and female that do not connect. They are are each the wrong size. Meh. Order fulfillment could have seen the problem right away. Ordering online, when you have quarter inch line... then it's easy to make a mistake. The line is all quarter, but then one side of the coupling was totally wrong, which based on the fine print specs. Was hard to spot.
The website was easy to navigate without extra steps or clicks.
The products was right and arrived earlier than the promised by date!
Always have the filters we need and they ship them out right away or as soon as they have them all in stock.
Purchased 2 water replacement filters which were of good quality and at a very good price. I plan to purchase more products from this company in the near future.
I have been a Freshwater customer for years. They used to have great prices and fast shipping. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I placed my order in May for 6 filters and a string filter. Because the string filter was back ordered, I did not receive my order for 2 months. There was no communication provided on the status of my order and in general the customer service was none existent. I will not be ordering anything else from Freshwater.
