I'm not one that likes to be on an auto drop system but I do appreciate the reminder when it is time to replace my whole house water filter. I have been ordering from Freshwater System for many years now and will continue to do so.

I called after I rec'd my order. The cartridge had marks on it as if it had been used and refurbished. I know because previous cartridges came looking brand new. I called and was told to send a photo. I am elederly ( over 90) and have no camera so I just installed it.

Ordered extra filter screen with original $100.00 order, screen was defective, ordered another. Sent wrong one, talked to three different reps on different days, was finely sent a return lapel and FedExed as instructed Was told another screen would be sent and a refund for the other. I now have $50.00 tied up in screens and empty promises

Yes this companies very good they even gave me a refund after one year. Highly recommend this company

I called for the product, payed instantly. When it didnt arrive, I checked the tracking, it was sent to wrong address. That was 2 weeks. I called, there was no hurry up or Im sorry. In fact, they sent me a "no charge" for sending it... again. Oh ya, It arrived 2 weeks later. So you held my money, while I waited through inefficiency. An Im sorry would have been nice..

I bought 2 Neo-totes. They fit my water bottle like a glove. They keep the counter dry when I add ice to my water bottle!

After 3 months I found out they did'nt send me my bio-strips with my order, I sent an e-mail and without any questions they replace the strips and had them mail to address in just a couple of days. I have worked with this company for sereral years now and will continue to do so for a long time, thier equipment works just right and with great prices I might add. I would deal with this company for all my products.

Filters look as they should and were delivered when they said they would be. Great experience!

Good price, prompt service, But I ordered Pentek C1-20 filters/ Received Pall Corp. An-B-20-U (246). They appear to be the same filter, but I was not notified that I would be receiving a substitute. If it is an equal filter it is a good deal. If not I will never do business with them again.

I needed a new instapure hot and cold water filter. I ordered one and when it came there were directions which were easy to understand so I changed the filter myself.
