Ordered the wrong item (my mistake) but it was delivered promptly. Ordered the right item but didn't find out it wasn't in stock until a few days later (had I known I would have looked elsewhere). Was notified the item was on back order (twice) and finally received it on the revised schedule. The instructions provided for the return item were ridiculously complicated, but the return was processed promptly with no re-stocking fee. Seems like everyone at Freshwater Systems tries to do the right thing, but their systems need improvement (online access to inventory data - are items in stock, accurate back order times) and the return process and instructions need streamlining.
Technical help staff were very astute and helpful. Correct product arrived promptly and safely packaged. Will buy from them again. -John J.

I really dont know what to say but just that once I finished installing the unit, the icemaker on my refrigerator stopped working. I checked all valves and water supply gets to the refrigerator but it is not making ice now.
Bought a basic water pitcher from them (forgot the model, brand name, etc...) but it's working well, exactly as advertised. I haven't inspected every nook and cranny of it... but I haven't felt like I really needed to. No obvious signs of anything broken. However, the electronic reader on top is definitely not working. It's just there to measure when you need to replace the filter but that part will be obvious since the contrast between the water unfiltered vs filtered is crystal clear.
Was very pleased at first, my order shipped within 24 hours of placing it. Opened it and it was the wrong product. The lids were right but got jugs not jars. So after the hassle of contacting their customer service, thought things were straightened out... only to get my replacement and they sent me 1 instead of the 4 I had ordered. They did, however, charge me AGAIN for the 4 I had ordered... So I have now paid for 8 jars and have only received 1
Not much to say except the website was pretty easy to use and I got my Vive! Supplement powder delivered to me super fast! Will probably be back to Fresh Water Systems again.
Got my products in fairly in timely fashion but did not got tracking quick enough.

I ordered a simple cup dispenser. I was told it could not be delivered to a POB address, so I gave the street address, but they neglected to include the box# as the unit#. Then I was told I would have to pay to have it reprocessed and reshipped even though the error was the shipping department's and not mine.
Its okay that the card used to pay for the product was billed to a POB, but we can't ship to the address the bill goes to. And oh, by the way, if we do it will cost you and additional $12.95 to reprocess it.
No Thanks - I will use a local supplier for all my needs. I think Costco has one of these.
We had an small error in shipment that was fixed immediately. Not only was the communication pleasant but friendly and knowledgeable advice was offered along with a compensated shipment.

I paid extra for 3 day shipping because I needed a part by a certain day. When reviewing details of my shipment they decided to ship ground. What's the point in paying extra for a faster ship day, when they don't honor it! Complete joke...
Items sent were the incorrect size. Have contacted company to no avail. They have not answered my email nor corrected the order.
