I researched their site to find replacement filters and then called Sultana to cancel my initial online order and to replace it with my new selections. Sultana was very pleasant and professional to deal with. My new filters arrived in a timely basis and my family is enjoying fresh water from the tap once again! Thank you :)

They didn't have item on stock. They sent wrong item(not even in the catalog), but don't issue refund until they receive their item. It will take more than 2 months. They are thief.

I was charged over $300.00 for a wrong valve on my water system at a local plumbing supply company. I had ordered
Several items through this company. To ensure that these are the items that I need in my production I had ordered previously one of each item. Since the items that I received was exactly what I needed I ordered them again in quantities. However once I received my main order one of the items that I had purchased 14. Quantities was the wrong item. I had called the company 7 times in order to rectify this situation and to be able to return the wrong items and to replace them with the right item. Each time that I have called the girl behind the phone promised me that she will speak to the supervisor and I will be issued a return authorization by email with in 45 minutes. The return authorization was never issued all al phone calls and emails went unanswered. I've been forced to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. However this has not solve my problem with holding hundred forty items that are that are useless to me and that my customers order has been delayed drastically. As of this date 3 weeks later I have yet to hear from somebody at this company.

When I installed the filter directly from the package, I did not get any water from the system. After checking all the connections for water flow, I removed the post filter and noticed there was a plastic disk in the filter that was not in the filter I had just removed. Upon removing the disk and reinstalling the filter, the system is working just fine. This was the first time I had any problems with any of your filters.
