This is my second purchase for Swift Green Filters for my refrigerator from your company website and I have been greatly satisfied with the purchase/fast shipping from both experiences. I was able to find information on your website in the past to choose the Swift Green Filters brand at a cheaper price and greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Supplier has a very friendly web interface that remembers ordering history and made equivalent part substitutions for items that have gone out of production. The order shipped and the replacement filters were almost identical. They were missing the color coded dots but the other labels made the dots redundant. I'm sure to return for future replacement parts and new systems too.
Ordered a 4x40 pressure housing, RO membrane, and some spare parts. All parts arrived as described. The pressure housing did not arrive with the RO membrane and parts, and after making enquiries I found that it had not been shipped. The representative I spoke to on the next business day was apologetic. Apparently they have upgraded to a new were house software program and it has some glitches that are being worked out. In the end she could not promise me a faster ship time, like overnight, in spite of the mistake on their part, however she must have worked a way around that police because the housing arrived in two days not over the next weekend as she had said. Over all, I will likely buy from this company again.

This is the second year that I have purchased reverse osmosis filters. Cost is good and I like the fact that they are shipped to my home.
Just changing the 10" house filter is noticeable on the laundry. Plus, it helps lengthen the life of the drinking water filter and the filter on the hose bib for car washing.
I ordered several products and received the wrong items. When I called the customer service department, they were polite and apologetic about the mistake. I was given a return label and not to long after I received the correct products. Really good service

I needed filters for my reverse osmosis water system and was glad to find them at Fresh Water Systems. They were easy to order, arrived on time in good condition. Next time I can order a full year's supply at a discount. Sounds like a plan to me!
After cancelling an order from another vendor for not communicating delay in shipping, Freshwater Systems had item in transit 5 hours after order was placed. Not the best prices I have found but best response.

I phoned Freshwater Systems needing filters for an older RO system, but no part numbers as the old filters were unmarked. The customer service rep asked me some questions, then requested that we send photos of the system. Upon receiving the photos, they determined exactly what we needed, and I was able to order and receive them quickly. And the price was lower than any other provider I had considered! Will definitely be a return customer.
I was very pleased with the company's customer service after I contacted them for parts I needed right away. They where responsive and fast with getting me those parts. Over all very frendly and helpful.
