Helping with the unexpected

We found out after our weekly order was confirmed that we had to leave town unexpected. Carol worked with us on different options to avoid having meals delivered to an empty house. Very friendly and helped resolve our problem.

Lost Order?

Friday delivery has not arrived. Window is down to about an hour. Typically, order arrives between 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Went on Chat to get an explanation. Chat person provided several points to explain potential issue, which helped. I don't mind if it arrives late, but informed her that I would pitch box into trash if it has been tampered with. From my experience, box of 6 meals is well insulated!

Great customer service

I've been trying to get a meal plan from freshly but due to shipping issues I have not yet received a single order. Normally I would just cancel the service and move on. But the people in the customer service department have been very helpful especially Cassie issuing refunds and discounts along with trying to figure out what's wrong with the shipping.

I am enjoying the meals and the service is good and convenient. My wife only eats the entree however which makes her meal not a value product. We will see how is goes as we try different meals. I recently had heart surgery so it is important for both Joyce and I eat healthy meals at a good value which I believe Freshly are.
