Great customer service

I needed to change meals in my order but was a couple hours late in doing so. However, Nik who was very kind and helpful, was able to make said changes for me. Very quick, easy and friendly communication! I would absolutely recommend Freshly to anyone looking for delicious and easily prepared (literally throw it in the microwave) dinners!

No Delivery

My package was marked as delivered. As they didn't buzz to let me know they were here (they never do) I happened to check the tracking site and went down to get the package 8 minutes after it was said it was delivered. I reached out and the assistant immediately refunded me and was very helpful. I wish there had been an opportunity to try and get another delivery this week but it wasn't offered and I didn't ask. I appreciate the quick response though.

Of my 6 items, 3 were wrong! And they are 3 meals I won't eat. Since this was my 2nd incorrect order AND 2 of my friends have had mistakes in their orders, I was ready to cancel my subscription. When DJ said he would refund my entire order, I decided to continue for now. Hopefully, there won't be any further problems.
