Help with a Killer Promo Code

Freshly sent me a great promo code - 50% off a 6 meal plan. But, I had trouble finding where to implement it, and by the time I did, my delivery would have been after the code expired. Ken (via chat) double-checked everything from Freshly's end and made sure the code would still work. Excellent outcome, excellent experience.

Help with Billing

I am currently in the midst of a promotion giving $20 off on my order. Last week there was a shipping problem and my order was canceled. I received an email apologizing for any inconvenience and stating I would get an additional $10.50 off my next order. My next order had the additional discount but not the original $20 off. I called and to spoke to Ron M., a Customer Care Specialist, who was able to immediately process a $21.33 refund to my credit card. The total time taken was 5 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ron M. And Freshly.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged for another week so Jassy helped me very quickly And cancelled my order and made sure I got a full refund. Great customer service and even better meals :) I will definitely be ordering from Freshly again.

Order & membership cancelation

I needed to cancel my order for this coming delivery and also cancel my subscription for now, due to my current travel schedule... the meals I was buying were fine but I'm currently traveling a lot at this time, so my subscription is currently not very practical at this time and needed to be canceled for a while - I didn't want my orders to be spoiled as I won't be home much.

Pink really helped me with both issues here including processing a refund on my last food order which would have spoiled and also letting me know that my subscription could be reactivated at a later time - he was very thorough and helped with this.
