The quality of the meals is mostly excellent. I have a lot of vegetables which I would not bother to cook otherwise. I like the variety and the continual introduction of new meals.

Had a bit of a delivery snaffu. Reached out at 10:30 pm. Really didn't expect to get ahold of anyone, but luckily Gabbie was available to help. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She clearly cares about doing her job well. We got everything taken care of and I couldn't be happier.

Amazing customer service

Had an issue with one of my meals there were a couple small pieces of what looked like wood in my bowl and the service rep was very nice and reported it so won't happen again and gave me a credit. Great customer service
