It seems I'm running into the same problem week after week. My meal plan will change from either 6 or 10 meals. When I go to make changes, I delete the meals you've carried over into my cart, I add new ones to my cart but it's not saved. Why on earth would you automatically place 10 meals in my cart and the same 10 meals? Do you honestly think I want to eat the same meals over and over again. This is very frustrating and time consuming that I may have to try a different company

World Class Customer Service

Gabbie and Christopher turned a really hard day into an amazing experience. My box was stolen off my porch and Christopher remedied the situation. He was fast, empathetic, and made me feel better.

Gabbie was efficient, kind, and understanding. She put a note on my account, and also showed empathy.

Freshly has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Good work!
