Very knowledgeable

I had a medical emergency and was unable to skip my next delivery on 5/24. Nikki took care of the Order by cancelling and refunding the payment. She then set me up with deliveries every other week and provided a link for my review. She was very, very helpful and I appreciate that.

Excellent customer service

Order for weeks where I'm busy and want something good, healthy and easy for lunch/dinner.

Missed skipping a week, and customer service was quick to cancel and refund.

Life saver!

I forgot to change up my meals for next week's delivery. One of the meals I was not fond of and did not want a repeat. Nikki was quick to solve my worry and changed not just one but all 3 meals for me! Now I will get a delivery of all new recipes to try. I am super excited.

Needed a quick fix

Ivy was able to swiftly alter my meal plan for the upcoming delivery when I was unable to on my end. It took barely a few minutes and ran into zero issues. Ivy was very nice and friendly. This part of the reason I enjoy freshly so much!
