I didn't realize my promo code was only for 6 meals weekly and changed it to 4. After seeing the cost I chatted with Coral and she explained what the problem is and told me she would refund the difference. Which I really appreciate! Coral was very friendly and informative

Read above comment- look at my file & see how many times I've called or chatted because of issues with delivery & wrong orders- I love Freshly, but these issues are on going.
I'd like TO ADD- JIANNA IS YOUR BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP- I deal with her whenever I have problems. SHE IS GREAT, HELPFUL & Very understanding. Joanna Should be REWARDED for her service.

Freshly CS has always been incredible. I know their support is probably outsourced, but I've always had an amazing experience. Kiarha was my rep just now and she really helped me understand my problem with my account. And she helped me understand what the next steps would be.
P.S. If u guys ever get bad comments, forget them! Ur support is amazing! They're kind, honest, professional and understanding. Thank you!
