The Wrong Order

I recieved my order, but none of the meals were what I ordered.
I chatted with Kenny at Freshly, he refunded my money.

I had entered the wrong email for the recipient of a gift card. The situation was corrected right away. However when the gc was sent and I received the verification it had the wrong email still. Hannah called me personally two different times to verify my son had received the email. I appreciate her extra mile and follow up!

I had a recent mishap on my Freshly order and subscription. I used the Freshly customer service chat and was able to speak to Kenny who went above and in helping me fix my subscription. In addition to being nice enough to refund me for not receiving one of the meals I ordered. Very satisfied with the service.

I've tried 2 of the 6 meals I ordered. Frankly, I'm thinking of throwing out the other 4. They are edible, but that's about it. They come already prepared, but Frozen Trader Joe's meals are much better by a factor of 1000! If you don't mind cooking Every Plate is leagues above these for half the cost.
