Travel Nurse

Im a travel nurse and new to Freshly. This will be my first order and I wanted to make sure I gave the right address of the hotel I'll be staying at. Mary F put my mind at ease and confirmed it for me. Also gave me a few reminders about ordering, when my credit card would be charged ect. She was very helpful. Wonderful Assistance!

Agatha was so patient and helpful with my transaction. (I, because of her patience, learned things about my computer that I never knew.) Updating my credit card info was a nightmare, tried so many times. Agatha asked if I was typing it in manually, and I was not! Once I typed it in manually, an hours worth of frustration came to a wonderful finish. She is by far the best agent for a company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. YEA! Agatha is the best. She never gave up on me, and she was not condescending, she was so calm and she is a credit to this company, and mankind. Lol

I was a few hours late in updating my meals and Jassy was super accommodating and helpful. She helped me make the switch and find meals that were still available. I wasn't expecting that level of helpfulness and kindness from a live chat. The whole process was effortless and took less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
