The food is great and has been a great help with meal prep with my busy schedule. Over my time using freshly they have been incredibly helpful in resolving any delivery issues or confusion when they have occurred. Answering questions

Nikki was very helpful, quickly understood the issue and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I appreciate the quick response and ability to resolve. However, I hope that issues like I had - charging me the wrong amount, won't happen in the future so I don't have to take time out of my day to talk to an agent.

I needed to modify my weekly meals and did not realize there was a cut-off time to make changes. I really needed to make the changes and sought help. The automated system quickly connected me to live rep who understood my issue and helped resolve my inquiry. I will know for sure their help worked upon receipt of my next weekly delivery
