Great customer service

Had an issue where I got too many meals delivered and I was overcharged, customer support rep Kiarha figured it out and also refunded me the overcharged difference, no muss, no fuss.

Josh was Awesome!

I wasn't as pleased with the meals, but Josh was awesome. Many chats with other companies struggle to be efficient, multi-task across chats, and still stay focused on the request and able to resolve it. Josh kept me apprised, was efficient, clear, and resolved my issue. His service impressed me and he gave me a link to try the meal service again. The meals are for my parents, so I may try see if they will try them again in the future. Kudos!

First of all, major kudos to David L. I had received one different item in the box than what I ordered. This has happened only once before, and Freshly caught that one and refunded it before the box even arrived. This time, though, I thought I might've mixed it up on my end. So I used the chat from the App, got connected to David, and he helped square away the bill almost instantly! By far the fastest and most succinct help I've gotten in ages with other companies.

Amazing experience! Ms. Quinn S was incredibly helpful and wonderful. She also answered my questions on meal selections at new location as well which I was worried about until speaking with her. I'm only canceling because of relocation and weeks of not being home prior to relocating.
