Problem solver

Kiarha was the best! She was able to look up my account and change my email address for me fast and efficiently. I misspelled my email‍ and she was able to fix the spelling and get me logged in! Great work because I would have been devastated if I couldn't get this resolved. Thanks Kiarha!

Amazing customer service.

I received freshly meals (6 meals) via a promotional employee benefit through the organization I work for. The promotion allowed for 6 free meals using an organizational code that was given to us. I ordered my 6 meals (2 of which incurred a fee of about 5 dollars). I don't know how or why but for some reason I became a subscriber and appeared to be on schedule to be receiving weekly meals, which I was being charged for. I utilized the chat feature and the very friendly and customer service oriented team at freshly was able to cancel my subscription and give me a full refund. I greatly appreciate them working with me to correct the issue.

Crisis Averted

I had logged back into the app to browse what new meals had become available. In doing so I accidentally restarted my subscription and was charged. Contacted customer support and Arjen was there to help. The charge was immediately refunded and all is well. Thanks Arjen!

Ivy was extremely helpful to me and very prompt with her responses via email. My situation turned out to be a little complicated and she took care of everything with patience, care, and fantastic customer service.
